How to write your blogs

We thought it would be an idea to have a small "how to", so anyone not familiar with blogs would know what to do.

Once you're in the "Compose New Post" screen, it's pretty straightforward. Type what you want, and format it using the buttons on the pale blue bar just below "Post Body".

You can change the colour, or the size, of the text.

You can put stuff in lists:

• Milk
• Potatoes
• Bread
• Book "Expand your Culinary Horizons".

You can insert an image:

(with an italicised caption next to it)

You can insert links, like this YouTube video about Economics

(You can actually include the YouTube video in the blog. If anyone wants to do this, let me know. You'll need to Edit the HTML manually. It's not rocket science, but if you've never done it before it's quite tricky. Of course, if you're familiar with HTML, then fill yer boots!)

To insert the You Tube video you just click Edit HTML and copy and paste the 'embed' command into where you want the video to appear.

So, click, paste

That's it.
