What is happening to our young people?

Plato And Plato said:

What is happening to our young people? They disrespect their elders, they disobey their parents. They ignore the law. They riot in the streets inflamed with wild notions. Their morals are decaying. What is to become of them?"

And his teacher, Socrates said:

Socrates The children now love luxury. They have bad manners, contempt for authority, they show disrespect to their elders.... They no longer rise when elders enter the room. They contradict their parents, chatter before company, gobble up dainties at the table, cross their legs, and are tyrants over their teachers.

Nothing is new, strategies are the same it's just that we're getting old....

There will be a detailed post from Rob in the near future.

For thousands of years it has been believed that no direct record of what Socrates wrote existed.

And now you are quoting him directly on your blog.

Please, tell me where it came from, this could be one of the greatest discoveries in human history.

(And while you are at it I'd be curious as to where that Plato quotation comes from. Thanks.)
